Jolly is a survival horror game set inside an entertainment venue after the visitors have gone. You take the night security role and watch several areas through camera feeds while animatronics move through the building. The animatronic horror setting keeps the threat close even when the room looks quiet. The aim is to survive each night, gather enough information to respond, and keep a threat from reaching the room.
Power limits every decision. Closed doors can block an incoming animatronic, but they consume energy. Cameras reveal movement, while the generator restores power and can leave your defenses open during the recharge. You need to choose when information matters more than reserve power, then decide when a door can stay open without giving up the safe route.
The animatronics do not stay in one pattern. Their movement and the sound around the building can change as a night continues, so a plan that worked earlier may fail when the pressure rises. Later nights bring faster activity and more threats at once. Careful observation helps, but you still need to act before the remaining power or the available time runs out.
