Granny Original
Game Overview
Granny Original is a survival horror game about escaping a dark house while Granny listens for signs of movement. You search rooms for useful items, solve puzzles, and open locked paths before she finds you. The house gives you several routes to examine, but each trip through a hallway can create a sound that changes where the threat searches next.
Sound drives the stealth loop. Dropping an item, opening a door, or moving through a noisy area can reveal your location. Granny then searches nearby spaces, so a route that looked clear can become a chase. You need to remember the room layout, decide when a clue is worth the risk, and use a hiding place when the search reaches your area.
The house is also a puzzle about escaping with hidden items. Keys and tools unlock doors, traps, and other sections, which can make an earlier room useful after you find a new object. The game gives you five days, so being caught costs an attempt and leaves the next search more demanding. Progress comes from connecting the items to the layout and making fewer noisy mistakes.
